"My job currently includes inspecting brand new vehicles before they are delivered to customers and servicing older models. I have always wanted to work as a mechanic and I am now well on my way to becoming a Master Technician with a highly reputable vehicle manufacturer.
I actually gained my apprenticeship with Volvo after completing work experience with them as part of my college course. The tutors at the college were very supportive and the equipment and facilities are the same as those used in the industry meaning that the course really did prepare me for this job."

Comenius "Formula One" Partnership
Comenius "Formula One" was a Bilateral Partnership between Deeside College and Ipsia Birago from Turin.
As part of the project we undertook visits to Turin and hosted our Italian Partners here in North Wales.
