Students will develop practical skills for working in an office. Depending on the level of course you do, these can range from basic office procedures to more advanced actions like working with account systems. If you’re returning to education after a break, Administration courses offer flexible entry requirements for mature students.

Students participate in an Enrichment Week where the focus is on developing their CVs and letters of application. Students will also visit local businesses and take part in mock interviews to enhance their employability skills.

Joyce spent 12 years working in a variety of administration and secretarial roles. She began her career in teaching after having children and has taught Administration and Office Technology courses in Further Education for the last 18 years.
