The beautifully landscaped grounds at Northop College are currently undergoing significant change and investment. In addition to learning how to design, build and maintain new garden projects at our Northop site, you will develop skills in construction (hard landscaping), nursery production and sports turf. Our courses also help you develop the skills and knowledge required for successful employment and progression in this varied industry.

"I came up with an idea some time ago for a landscaping, gardening and general services company. Completing a Horticulture qualification has allowed me to start up an organisation providing these services. In such a new company, my role is everything from coordinating staff to working on site landscaping and planting up.
The excellent facilities, grounds and equipment at Northop College helped me to gain hands on experience to supplement the very well delivered classroom learning. I was enthused and supported to work hard and gain a good result, which is an excellent investment in my future."
