CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice (level 3)
This course is suitable for those working as personnel administrators or officers, those new to this role or aspiring to work in a personnel role, and for the owners of small businesses.
The course lasts between six to 12 months and covers human resource plans and organisational context, recruitment and selection, learning and development, performance management and employee relations.
Assessment is based on four module assignments (two of which are interactive and two are written), one project work assignment and learning logs of Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
