Under our award winning Catering, Hospitality and Food Manufacturing Academy we have a proactive approach to meeting employer needs The concept of the Catering & Hospitality Academy is to link smaller companies together providing collaboration on training and to enable smaller businesses’ employees to benefit from increased training opportunities.
The core activity of the Academy is to provide training, completely tailored and fully designed, to meet the needs of employers in the catering industry across Flintshire, Wrexham, Denbighshire and Conwy regardless of organisation size.
We offer the full range of work-based Hospitality and Catering apprenticeships courses; as well as all available NVQ’s, and short open distance qualifications which allow you to gain qualifications in the work place.
This training is supported by one of our specialising experience work-based assessor who will visit and support you throughout your training. We also develop awarding winning bespoke training programs to meet specific company needs
