Food Safety
Over many years we have built a wealth of experience of Food Safety through successful partnerships with local employers developing and meeting their training needs.
These local businesses range from small catering operator to nationally known food manufacturers.
The Food Manufacturing Team were Fforwm Award Winners in 2005 in the category "Supporting Students to Succeed" and have successfully nominated three City & Guilds 2 Medal for Excellence" winners in the last five years.
Our courses also provide the employees with national recognised qualification which will assist the employer in meeting their minimum legal training requirements.
