Equine Apprenticeships
Covering all aspects of Equine apprenticeships, training and horse care, our flexible work-based programmes focus on the wide range of skills needed for effective employment in the equine sector, including: horse care, stable management, exercise, riding, and welfare. In addition we offer the popular British Horse Society (BHS) qualifications at our Equine Facility at Northop College.
The BHS Approved Equine Unit and exam centre at Northop College provides a range of excellent facilities including an Indoor School (50mx30m) with seated gallery and a floodlit Outdoor School (60mx40m).
All Equine staff hold British Horse Society qualifications and have considerable experience both working and competing in many branches of the equine industry.
The College facilities provide a venue for short courses, clinics and competitions run by both the College and outside organizations.
