The training is carried out by a diverse team of industry professionals who are specialists in their area of work, for example the licensed retail sector, ready meal manufacture, butchery and meat processing, professional cookery.

Delivery is enhanced by the use of a wide range of learning technology, including an electronic web-based ‘virtual learning environment’. Courses and assessment are available at almost any location and around the clock, to help with business and shift patterns.
