The shared apprenticeship scheme is a pilot project that enables employers to pool their resources and share the training of apprentices.

These are designed for managers, technicians and others in positions of authority, who have the ability to train to NVQ level 4.
These training programmes are aimed at unemployed people, from 16/17 year olds to more mature adults, who need to gain confidence and/or learn new skills to help them get a job.
Is there an age limit?
No - apprentices can be any age from 16 upwards.
The role of Deeside College
Deeside College has many years of experience in delivering successful apprenticeship programmes across a wide range of vocational areas. We will provide, support and fund all the training required for successful completion of the apprenticeship framework. Furthermore, our Programmes Officers will regularly monitor and review the progress of your apprentice involving you fully in the review process.
