The Learning Zone at Deeside College offers a wide range of facilities for students, staff and the general public.
Facilities include:
- A Study Skills Centre, dedicated to providing support for all students
- A quiet study area
- An extensive library including careers resources
- Over 120 high specification computers, with internet access.
- Audio/video conferencing facilities
- E-learning facilities including Learndirect
- A staff development centre
Flintshire Learning Core Centre
This building is a shared Learning Resources Centre for every school and college across Flintshire. The centre ensures that 14 - 19 year old learners in the Flintshire area have the opportunity to engage in a learning programme or activity which aids their personal development.
